Ensure they have legal rights to all materials supplied
Review and approve work promptly
Maintain backups unless otherwise agreed
Delays caused by the Client may affect project timelines.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Client Content
The Client retains ownership of all content and materials they provide.
6.2 Company Work
All designs, code, graphics, and deliverables remain the property of the Company until full payment has been received.
Upon final payment, ownership of the final approved website design transfers to the Client, excluding:
Third-party software
Licensed assets
Fonts
Plugins
Proprietary frameworks or tools
6.3 Portfolio Rights
The Company may display completed projects in its portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Third-Party Services
We may use third-party services including hosting providers, plugins, payment processors, or APIs. We are not responsible for outages, errors, pricing changes, or issues caused by third-party services.
8. Website Hosting and Maintenance
If hosting or maintenance services are provided:

Indirect or consequential damages
Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the services provided.
10. Indemnification
The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:
Client-provided materials
Copyright infringement
Illegal website content
Misuse of services
11. Project Cancellation
Either party may terminate a project in writing.
The Client agrees to pay for all work completed up to the cancellation date. Deposits are non-refundable.
12. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential information private and not disclose it to third parties unless required by law.
13. Warranties Disclaimer
Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted website functionality, specific SEO rankings, or error-free performance.
14. Governing Law
